Housing School courses:
-Key concepts and elements for deinstitutionalization: You will analyze how homelessness can be addressed more effectively and from a less welfarist perspective, encouraging community participation and prioritizing access to decent housing.
- Fundamental principles for homelessness care from innovation and deinstitutionalization: You will identify three fundamental principles that not only shape our mission, but also become the solid foundation of our vision and commitment
to deinstitutionalization.
-REDefining Community Life: In this course, following the line of deinstitutionalization, we will work on a key element of the relational universe of people; talking about concepts such as participation, dialogue, networks, support, complexity, diversity, conflict. It consists of prioritizing the understanding of phenomena from the point of view of the actors and actresses, creating from dialogue, from shared knowledge, from the knowledge of the people, from passion, ambiguity and uncertainty.
-The strengths approach as an accelerator of autonomy processes: You will develop strategies to promote the capabilities of each person at risk of exclusion, promoting the autonomous search for solutions and the abandonment of stigma or traditional labels.
