Starting in 2017,
HOGARSÍ and Provivienda
joined
to develop
the Housing First model
in Spain.
The objectives of this Alliance were threefold:
1. On the one hand, to generate a dynamic for the development of the model in Spain, while respecting the fidelity of the original model.
2. On the other hand, intensify the separation between housing and treatment of people.
3. Finally, incorporate other organizations for the development of the model in territories where other entities interested in joining and following the methodology are identified.
From the Alliance of HOGAR SÍ and Provivienda, with the ambitious goal of ending homelessness in Spain, we are working on Component 22 of the Recovery Plan:
Shock plan for the care economy and reinforcement of inclusion policies.
